Welcome to PharmaCTRL, a platform owned and operated by Contenterra Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
By accessing, browsing, or using PharmaCTRL (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Customer," or "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use PharmaCTRL.

Acceptance of Terms
• By using PharmaCTRL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• Contenterra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
We use collected information to:
• PharmaCTRL is the exclusive property of Contenterra Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• All modules, features, code, logos, designs, dashboards, and documentation are owned by Contenterra and protected under intellectual property laws.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for business purposes only.
Scope of Services
PharmaCTRL offers solutions and modules, including but not limited to:
• Inventory Management
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Plant Machinery & Maintenance
• Quality Management System (QMS)
• AI Analytics & Dashboards
• Validation & Compliance Modules
Contenterra may expand, modify, or discontinue features at its sole discretion based on legal, govt or regulation authorities.
User Responsibilities
By using PharmaCTRL, you agree to:
Data Ownership & Usage
• Business and operational data entered into PharmaCTRL remain the property of the User.
• Contenterra may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve services, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Users are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations when uploading information.
• Detailed terms are mutually agreed and signed as per Non-Disclosure Agreement between both parties.
Fees & Payment
Terms related to pricing, billing, and payment are outlined in separate service agreements and may vary based on selected modules and usage.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, trade secrets, and technical data exchanged during the use of PharmaCTRL.
Limitation of Liability
• PharmaCTRL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Contenterra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
• In no event shall Contenterra's liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
• Contenterra reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
• Users may terminate their account by providing written notice, subject to contractual obligations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad – India Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that region.
